For cancellations more than six weeks before the commencement of the hire period, the customer will forfeit the booking deposit. For cancellation less than six weeks before the start of the Hire Period or failure by the Customer to turn up for the beginning of the Hire Period, the Customer will be liable for the total Hire Charge.
The Insurance excess will be returned in full. We reserve the right to cancel the Booking before the commencement of the Hire Period if the Named Driver(s) Licences are invalid or do not comply with the information stated on the Booking Form. In this case, the Customer will forfeit the total Hire Charge.
